Hills or plains

Teas produced in farms situated in hilly areas are of better quality. They are relatively stronger: They keep their characteristics during the production process and long afterward.

One of the major benefits gained in hilly gardens is that the total time of exposure to sunlight is less, and the temperatures are relatively cooler: The overnight dew covering the tea leaves greatly influences quality.
