Orders in Japan: We will contact you by telephone soon after receiving the form to confirm your order and serve you without delay. Your payment will be either cash upon delivery or by postal transfer within 15 days after you receive the order.
Orders from Other Countries: After receiving the form, we will send you through fax or e-mail a pro forma invoice payable by international postal money order denominated in yen. Following your payment, the order will be shipped by air. Should you be displeased with any product, for any reason, you may return the order within 30 days starting from the date you received it and get a full refund.

1. You may also order by ordinary e-mail or by telephone toll free (Japan only).
2. The prices (all indicated in yen) do not include tax and delivery charges. The bill will therefore be increased by 5% for the consumption tax and the actual delivery costs.
3. We offer free delivery services for orders above 5,000 yen in Japan.
4. Our international customers receive a special offer: If you wish to try a tea, a coffee or a soba, we will enclose a free sample in your order.
